- If cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

The best time to visit the Rurban Village seems to be in the pre monsoon season that is from the months of February to April and then in the Monsoon season till the winters that is from July to January. In pre monsoon season the weather remains pleasant to experience the Rurban village resort and in the monsoon season it becomes attractive, cool and beautiful enough which gives you quite promising experience of the resort. In summers Delhi remains very hot so that's why we recommend pre monsoon, monsoon season, and the winter season to visit.
