Things to carry

The check-in and check-out time is 8.30 am-6.00 pm.

Please note that male-only and stag groups are not permitted.

This day out is suitable for all ages.

It is recommended that you do not carry any loose objects while participating in indoor/outdoor games, and/or swimming in the pool.

Meal timings are as follows: Breakfast (9:00 AM–11:00 AM), Buffet Lunch (1:00 PM–2:00 PM), Mid-day Snacks (2:30 PM–4:00 PM), and Tea & Snacks (4:00 PM–6:00 PM).

Monday to Thursday is considered as weekdays and Friday to Sunday is considered as weekends. Prices might differ on weekends.

Any breakage or damage of any items will be charged at actuals.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the resort.

The water park at Royal Garden Resort offers a variety of thrilling attractions, including the WaveRider, Silly Splash Duo, Aqua Cascade, Mystic Cave Plunge, Pandemonium Falls, Speedy Splashdown, and Tornado Twirl.

Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal.

Lockers and changing rooms are available for guests at an additional cost, as needed.

For safety purposes, certain activities in this package are not recommended for women who are more than 3 months pregnant, anyone who has had major surgery, or has a broken leg/arm, has chronic back or neck pains, etc.

Any personal expenses or items of a personal nature will not be included in the package.

Kindly carry a valid ID proof during the activity. PAN card will not be considered as an identity proof.

If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
