Children must be aged 12+ years and weigh 100-260 pounds (45-118 kilograms) to participate in this activity. All participants are charged the same price.
Pregnant women are not permitted to ride Segways.
Visitors are recommended to wear closed-toed athletic shoes on the Segway tour.
Tours may be cancelled if the weather makes for dangerous riding conditions. If Bike and Roll Chicago are unable to reschedule the tour, they will issue a full credit or refund.
ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
Participants are not allowed to bring their pets or carry any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife, etc.
Consumption of alcohol or smoking during the tour is strictly prohibited.

If cancellation are made 0 days to 1 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
