Chiang Mai Zoo and Aquarium is on the slopes of Doi Suthep, Thailand’s oldest zoo. Hundreds of species are represented between the zoo and its aquarium. Alternatively, visit Chiang Mai Zoo Aquarium Asia’s largest marine aquarium at your own expense. To finish, take time to wander around the zoo enjoying the lush greenery.

- You can go and see zoo animals such as cuddly koalas from Australia, intelligent Cape fur seals, rhinoceroses, elephants, hippopotami, lions, and tigers while riding the tram around the zoo.

Know Before You Go for Chiang Mai Zoo Tickets
- Please wear comfortable walking shoes, Not wheelchair accessible.
- Guidelines issued by the respective State-Government is to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained.
- Frequent hand sanitization and use of masks recommended.
- For same day bookings, please book at least 15-30 minutes in advance to allow some time to process the booking.
- Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket.
- Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the entrance of the zoo.
- The zoo and aquarium have strict no smoking and drinking policies in place. For those who violate this policy, a fine of 2000 baht will be charged.
- Children with a height of 90cm or below can enter free of charge. Children with a height of 91cm-134cm will be charged child rate.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
