Know Before You Go for Car Rental in Chennai

The vehicle pick-up and drop-off point is located near Pallikaranai - Kolathur Main Road.
The rental duration is for one full day.
Only individuals aged 18 years and above are eligible to rent a vehicle, as a valid driving license is mandatory.
A valid driving license must be presented at the time of vehicle pick-up.
An original government-issued ID proof (Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, or Passport) must be submitted at the time of pick-up. E-Aadhar or smart Aadhaar will not be accepted.
Fuel charges are not included in the rental, and the customer is responsible for refueling as needed.
The rental includes a free travel limit of 250 km, beyond which an additional charge of ₹9 per km will apply.
The speed limit for the rented vehicle is set at 120 km/h for safety reasons.
In case of any damage to the vehicle, the customer is liable to cover service charges as per an authorized service centre.
The car must be returned in its original condition at the agreed time and location to avoid penalties.
Any toll charges, parking fees, or fines incurred during the rental period must be borne by the customer.
Failure to comply with traffic rules and rental policies may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.

If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
