Ulhas Valley Trek From Mumbai Overview

Perched on the foothills of Sahyadri, Khandala provides for a perfect weekend respite for travellers from Mumbai and Pune, with its scenic valleys, grassy hills, serene lakes and misty waterfalls. Located at a distance of about 80 km from Mumbai and 70 km from Pune, it becomes a must-visit destination for everyone looking for beautiful nature, pleasant weather and the feeling of mist in the air.

Canyon Valley waterfalls happen to be one of the most beautiful waterfalls located between Lonavala and Khandala. Height of the waterfall is about 320 ft. and it rises along the Ulhas River, from Khandala to Karjat. Treat yourself to a thrilling Canyon valley trek with your loved ones and revel in the awesome beauty of the hills of Maharashtra.

Your journey begins by meeting your fellow trekkers along with your expert guide at Pritam Dabha in Dadar by 7:30 PM. This is followed by a filling breakfast so as to energise you for the activities to come. There is a huge waterfall down the valley, where you will be trekking down to. After reaching the waterfall, you will be spending at least one hour before starting your back journey after a sumptuous lunch. The major highlight of your trip will be your trek through the dense forests and getting a chance to see one of the most beautiful waterfalls ever.

Child Policy: Children below 5 years are not suitable for this trek and activities due to safety concerns. Children above 5 years can join the trek at the same cost.

How to Reach: The meeting point is Pritam Dabha, Dadar by 7:30 AM. You can easily reach via public and private transportation.

Note: Pick up points are also available from Chembur, Vashi and Kalamboli. Please inform the tour operator in advance about your preferred location and reach there on time.
