Kindly ensure timely arrival at the meeting location for check-in at the tents.

The activity duration is 24 hours, offering an immersive experience that includes exciting activities during the day and peaceful overnight camping under the stars.

The check in and check out time is 12 pm and 11 am.

A minimum of 2 people are required to book this activity.

Though the tents are well-equipped with basic amenities like bedding and bathroom, please don’t expect a luxurious setting. The activity will take place amidst nature with limited facilities.

The exact location will be shared once the booking is confirmed.

Only one ticket, one entry per person, is allowed. Re-entry on the same ticket is not allowed.

Thrillophilia will not be held responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused to any visitor.

Smoking is prohibited in all park areas, except in designated smoking zones.

Outside liquor / food & beverages are not allowed inside the park.

The cost does not include any local transfers to/from camp.

Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs or medically/physically unfit will not be allowed for the activity.

There are dustbins everywhere to dispose of garbage as the place is very strict about cleanliness and littering will be fined.

The activity might be delayed or postponed due to weather conditions. In such a scenario, the next best possible time slot will be informed.

Participants are not allowed to carry any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife, etc.

Any breakage or damage of any items in the resort will be charged at actuals.

All activities subject to weather conditions.

Kindly carry a valid ID proof during the activity. PAN card will not be considered as an identity proof.

If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
