If cancellation is made within 48 hours from the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

How to Reach?

By Metro: Take the Red Line Metro to the Burj Khalifa station. Then, take a 15-minute walk to reach the Dubai Mall, where you will find the entrance to the Burj Khalifa.
By Bus: Take either of buses 27, 29, 81, and F13 to Dubai Mall, which houses the Burj Khalifa.
By Car: From the city centre, take the first interchange and exit onto Financial Center Road. Continue on this route for approximately 4 km until you reach Dubai Mall.
By Shared Transfer: You can also book the Shared Transfers Option from your hotel to Burj Khalifa at your convenience.
