Participants are responsible for their own belongings, including any fees for equipment like cameras.

The Company is not liable for personal injuries, property damage, or missed connections unless caused by its negligence.

Timings must be strictly followed, as the activity is strictly time constraint.

Health inspection and approval from the Jump Masters are required before participating in the jump.

Individuals with the following conditions are not allowed to undertake the jump: back or neck injuries, recent fractures, any dislocation, high blood pressure, asthma, neurological disorders, epilepsy, heart conditions, pregnancy, and osteoporosis.

Participants must follow the instructions given by the Jump Masters and other staff members at all times.

All participants must sign a liability waiver before engaging in the Bungee Jumping activity.

It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear for the jump.

Jewellery and loose accessories should be removed or secured properly before the jump to prevent any accidents.

Participants are advised to secure long hair using the provided hair bands or a solar hat clipped onto their harness.

Participants must be physically fit and in good health to engage in the Bungee Jumping activity.

Strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines is mandatory for the well-being of all participants.

If cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
