Participants must weigh between 35 kg and 120 kg to take the plunge.

For a couple’s jump, the combined weight should not exceed 150 kg, ensuring safety.

For safety reasons, we do not allow anyone with the following conditions to undertake the jump: Back or neck injuries, recent fracture, any dislocation, high blood pressure, asthma, neurological disorders, epilepsy, heart conditions, pregnancy, osteoporosis.

All gear follows the SANZ AS/NZS5848:2000 standards, ensuring top-notch safety and reliability for every jump.

Maintenance – Daily, weekly, and monthly recorded checks are conducted on all equipment, rigging, ropes, and structures to ensure top-notch safety and reliability.

Every essential item, including leg straps, harnesses, bungee cords, shock ropes, and independent attachments, is used in pairs, all rated for a minimum of 2000 kg for ultimate security.

Please ensure that you remove all items from your pockets, including chains, necklaces, and any non-stud earrings, as they could fall off during the jump.

ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.

Weather conditions may cause delays or postponements. Participants will be informed of the next available time slot, ensuring flexibility and safety.

The instructor reserves the right to reject any participant deemed unfit to be part of the activity.

Participants must pay attention to the guidelines given by the instructor before and after the activity.

Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the inclusion are to be considered an exclusion in the deal.

Shoes are mandatory to wear before doing any Bungee Jumping activity in Manali.

Safety Equipments and Permits are inclusive in all packages of Bungee Jumping in Manali.

The activity might be delayed or postponed due to weather conditions. In such a scenario, the next best possible time slot will be informed.

Participants are not allowed any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife, etc.

If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
