Know Before You Go for Scenic World Tour In Sydney

Accessibility
All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
Infants and small children must be held by a guardian as baby seats are not provided on the Railway, Skyway, or Cableway.
The Cableway and Skyway are both stroller-friendly experiences. For safety reasons, strollers are not allowed on the Scenic Railway. Stroller access is limited on the longer routes of the Scenic Walkway due to steep gradients and multiple stairs.
Scenic World is an all-weather attraction, rides will still operate in case it rains. The Railway, Skyway, and Cableway cabins are enclosed to provide shelter. Rain ponchos and umbrellas are available for purchase onsite.
For guests arriving with private vehicles, covered parking is available onsite for free.
No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made.
The voucher is valid only on the specified date.
All rides will be closed 10 minutes before closing time. We recommend arriving no later than 15:30 to maximize your experience.
All rides depart from Top Station every 10 minutes.
Both the Cableway and Skyway are designed to accommodate strollers, but strollers are not permitted on the Scenic Railway for safety reasons. Access for strollers on the longer sections of the Scenic Walkway is limited due to steep gradients and multiple stairs.
Please be aware that crowd levels on public holidays are beyond the operator's control, so planning your visit accordingly is recommended.

- If cancellation are made 2 days before the date of travel then 0.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 2 days to 2 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
