Know Before You Go for Bike Rent in Kasol

The Customer has to pay a security deposit of 5000 if he/she decides to rent a vehicle.
A full-day charge will apply if the bike is not returned by 9 AM the following day.
Validate the vehicle parts before completing the documentation on the ground.
No range of Kilometers as the bike will be rented on a per-day basis.
Helmet will be provided with the Bike on Rent in Kasol.
If there is any issue regarding overspeeding or a bike is parked in a nonparking area then all the penalties will be charged by the customer.
The pickup location will be provided once the booking is confirmed.
The minimum age criteria for renting a vehicle is 18 years old.
Customers need to return the bike at the same pickup location in Kasol.
In case of any damage, theft the customer is liable to compensate the vendor or the operator.
To rent bike in Kasol, you’ll need to provide your Aadhar card and a driving licence as identification and proof of eligibility.
International Customers need to submit a copy of their Passport and International Driving License.
Only one pillion is allowed along with the rider, if more than one is found, the customer would be penalised as per the government traffic rules by traffic authorities.
The security deposit is refundable once the bike is received in proper condition back to the operator.

We had rented bikes for 3-days as we wanted to cover Malana and all the nearby places around Kasol. With bikes, we can reach easily and cover any places in a single day. Bikes rented through Thrillophilia were in good condition and were perfect to drive as they are properly well-maintained. The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Cash Refunds: Once initiated, usually take around 3-5 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get canceled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same. Thrillcash+ will be allocated in your Thrillophilia wallet which can be used anytime in the future.

If rescheduling requests are made 72 hours before the date of travel, no amount will be charged as rescheduling fees.
