Know Before You Go for Bike on Rent in Udaipur

The rental service is for 23 hours, starting at 11:00 AM. Late returns beyond 10:00 AM the next day may incur additional charges.
Hotel pickup and drop-off are available for a smooth start and end to your Udaipur journey, and hotel delivery is available for INR 200 per side.
A security deposit of INR 1000 needs to be paid at the pickup location.
The pickup location for the vehicle is Udaipur Junction.
Only 2 people are allowed on one bike.
An Aadhar card, along with a valid two-wheeler driving license, is required to rent a bike for Indian residents.
The rental includes a 250 km limit, with extra km charges of INR 5/km for Royal Enfield (Classic & Standard) and INR 3/km for Honda Shine 100.
The minimum age criteria for renting a vehicle is 18 years old.
One helmet is included, and an extra helmet is available for ₹50.
International customers need to submit a copy of their passport and international driving license.
In case of any damage, theft the customer is liable to compensate the vendor or the operator.
Please note that the fuel cost is not included in the rental price. Be sure to refuel your vehicle as needed during your exploration of Udaipur.
The vehicle must be returned in the same state as during the time of renting. Failure to do so will lead to a penalty.

Cash Refunds: Once initiated, usually take around 3-5 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get canceled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same. Thrillcash+ will be allocated in your Thrillophilia wallet which can be used anytime in the future.

If rescheduling requests are made 72 hours before the date of travel, no amount will be charged as rescheduling fees.

If rescheduling requests are made between 0 to 72 hours before the date of travel, 30% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees.

If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
