Know Before You Go for Bike Rental in Gurgaon

The bike rental operates daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with each booking providing a full-day rental.
The rider must submit the original driving license at the time of vehicle pickup.
Only one complimentary helmet will be provided with the rental.
Fuel charges are not included; sufficient fuel will be provided to reach the nearest petrol station.
In case of vehicle damage, the customer is responsible for service charges as per the authorized service center.
The maximum allowed speed limit is 80 km/h for safety compliance.
A refundable deposit of ₹1000 per vehicle is required at the time of rental.
The rental includes 200 km of usage; additional kilometers will be charged at Rs. 5/km.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
