Know Before You Go

  • Ensure you have an original valid passport (with at least 6 months of validity) or an original voter ID. If traveling with a child under 18, bring their original birth certificate.
  • Be prepared for any expenses arising from natural calamities (like landslides or road blockages) or political disturbances (such as strikes). These costs will need to be paid directly on the spot.
  • Any additional sightseeing or extra vehicle usage not listed in the itinerary will be at customers own expense.
  • An experienced, certified English/Hindi-speaking tour guide will accompany you in Bhutan.
  • A tourist SIM card will be provided upon arrival in Bhutan.
  • Any increase in taxes or fuel prices may lead to additional costs for surface transportation and land arrangements prior to departure.
  • If unexpected events like natural disasters or road blockages occur, any additional costs will need to be covered by the customer and paid directly at the time.
  • The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travelers will be accommodated in a property of a similar standard.
