Bhopal Adventure Circuit Overview

Bhopal 
Renowned as the Lake City for its several natural and artificial lakes, Bhopal is the capital of the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. It's a beautiful place that greets every tourist with its richness of tradition, which is enlaced with the modern life. Situated on the place where the ancient town of Bhojpal once stood. Discovered by Raja Bhoj, the city has two beautiful lakes that are located in the centre of the city. 

Salkanpur 
Salkanpur temple has its greatest past glories, history, myths and  beliefs and the place is truly blessed by gods. Salkanpur temple is dedicated to Goddess Parvati. The legends say that one of the body parts of the goddess fell here when Lord Shiva was serving her from burning. With the mythology this place has gained its own religious value and its been now a pilgrimage for millions for the Hindu’s.

Madhai
Madhai is located at the entrance of the most exquisite and beautiful forests in India - Satpura. Few places in the world can compete with its raw wilderness, absolute tranquillity and the air of mystique.
The highly trained and professional guide will accompany you throughout the activity telling you some interesting stories about this city of dreams.

Bringing your own bike :
While we’re confident in the quality and suitability of the bikes we include, we do recognise that sometimes you just need the comfort of your own bike to enjoy the ride. If you are thinking of bringing your own bike on this tour please advise us at time of booking and take note of the below information. If you do choose to bring your own bike please note that we will not be carrying a spare bike for you.

Bhopal Adventure Circuit Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Bhopal to Salkanpur

    After you arrive at the starting point of the ride in Bhopal, you will have to go through a few formalities before the starting of the tour.

    After flag-off, start cycling toward Salkanpur, the ride is approx.40 kms long.

    You will have lunch in between.

    All this while you will be cycling through the beautiful hills of Bhopal i.e. Vindhyachal ranges, and beside the Kolar Dam.

    As you arrive at the accommodation place in Salkanpur, you will receive a warm welcome.

    Get ready to visit the famous temple of Salkanpur

    Bonfire and music will be ready for you at the campsite.

    Stay overnight at Salkanpur.

    At night you can gaze at the stars.

  • Day 2 - Salkanpur to Madhai

    Wake up early in the morning and get ready to get indulged with some fun activities.

    After breakfast the journey continues where you will proceed to Madhai.

    On the route to Madhai you can witness the waterfalls which are total bliss to the eyes.

    You will be riding through the woods of Madhai National Park.

    By reaching Madhai, you will be welcomed with refreshment drinks.

    Stay in the camps at night.

  • Day 3 - Madhai to Burna Dam

    Wake up early in the morning, to go for a guided cycle safari in the woods of the serene jungle.

    After breakfast, pack your bags and leave for Burna Dam.

    You can visit Burna Dam which is a gravity dam.

  • Day 4 - Burna Dam to Bhopal

    Wake up early in the morning and continue your journey to Bhopal.

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

    The whole trip was very smooth from initial contact, with Sabir promptly and clearly answering all our questions, to our guides and driver Ajith that knew a lot about the area, were very effective and supportive of our needs. In places where there was heavy city traffic, our cycling guide Sharma suggested to load bikes on the car and drive through the busy area. Bikes were in excellent condition and well maintained.
