Located in a very quiet and extremely scenic location away from the noise of any crowded town nearby, this Homestay is a very old well maintained ancestral property situated in Chamba between lush green mountains and river stream around. The stay is a perfect mixture of homestay & rural stay in India. With an alpine jungle view, one can sit and listen to the sounds of nature; gurgling water and chirping birds for 24x7. This rustic homestay is designed beautifully for both comfort and luxury and built by pure filling of mud and natural colours. The rooms are built over water and throughout the day one will be soothed with the pleasant sound of rushing water. A small dining area where one can sit and watch fields, the village lifestyle and have a cup of tea while enjoying the most amazing Himalayan sunsets. Find an attic shaped room for meditation and Yoga practice for inner peace. 

Experiences offered: 

  • Heritage walk: Special heritage walks can be arranged, where the trail takes a stroll around the city of Chamba with its 1000 years of history around every corner.
  • Fishing: Afternoon time is fishing time. Even if the guest doesn’t know angling one can just enjoy the show. Lunch can be arranged right across the river, and guess the menu? The fish just caught by the river.
  • Candlelit dinner: Nights are reserved for romantic candlelit dinners either in the meditation hall or by the riverside.
  • Meditation: If the guest loves meditation, then special arrangements can be made in nearby ashram governed by the famous ’Shri Shri Ravi Shankar’ (Art of living).
  • Jeep Safari: And for adventure freaks, Jeep safari to the world's most dangerous road ‘Sach Pass’ is something the location of the stay offers.
Live the LIFE of a local village- A village walk is a must to do activity for all the outdoor enthusiasts. In this walk, one can interact with the villagers and can learn about their way of farming, their religion, culture and livelihood. The walk takes the guest to a local temple which is almost 80 years old and famous among the local devotees. One can have breakfast with the local villagers in homestay community-style where they serve healthy organic (desi) drizzled with ghee and wild honey. It is an ideal place to write a book or transform the imaginations into paintings. Near the river, there is a place for bonfire and music. 

How to reach the campsite:
Pathankot railway station is 120km away from the stay and Kangra airport is 46km.

  • If cancellations are made within 0-7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
