Things to carry

The entire activity takes place in a single day.

The starting and ending points of this activity are at Sahastradhara, Dehradun.

Passengers are required to carry Aadhar Card (for Indian nationals) or a passport (for foreign nationals) for identification. Infants under 2 years travel for free but require proof of age via ID or birth certificate prior to the journey.

You will arrive at Guptkashi/Sersi/Phata (Kedar Base Helipad) from Dehradun and change the helicopter for the flight to Kedarnath. The flight from Kedar Base Helipad to Kedarnath takes around 6–10 minutes.

Due to shuttle slots, weather, or technical reasons, you may need to wait between 10 minutes to 3 hours during helicopter changes.

It is recommended to keep one extra day as a buffer to account for any possible delays due to weather or operational issues. If the Dodham tour is completed over two days, any extra night halts or charges will be borne by the passengers on actuals.

Passengers should be prepared for the possibility of delays or cancellations due to weather conditions, and the tour may be cancelled in case of extreme weather or other uncontrollable factors.

If only one Dham is completed, and the other is left out, passengers will be refunded INR 12,000 per person.

Each helicopter has a weight limit of 445 kg for all passengers, with a maximum of six passengers allowed.

Passengers must provide accurate body weight at the time of booking; discrepancies may lead to extra charges or deboarding without a refund. Passengers with a body weight above 75 kg will be charged INR 2,000 per kg for excess weight.

Donations, tips, porter charges, and charges for palki/pony services are not included in the package and will be borne by passengers.

For larger groups, passengers may land at different base camps (such as Phata, Guptkashi, or Sersi) depending on helicopter capacity and timing.

If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
