Kindly carry a valid ID proof such as your passport copy or Emirates ID while visiting the AYA Universe.

Holders of Emirates People of Determination (specially-abled) ID cards with one companion can enter AYA Universe free of charge.

All non-flash photography and videography are permitted within AYA Universe for non-commercial use only. Visitors are requested not to capture photos and/or videos of other guests on the premises.

Once you leave the premises, re-entry is not permitted.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the AYA Universe except sealed water bottles.

AYA contains bright lighting effects that flash or strobe. The park may not be suitable for guests who have sensitivity to these conditions or a history of photosensitive epilepsy.

Pets are not allowed.

If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 1 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
