Due to museum policies, all tickets are non-refundable. Please ensure you are committed to your purchase before booking.
Luggage is not permitted inside the camp, except for hand baggage.
Hand baggage will be considered luggage if it exceeds the maximum dimensions of 30cm x 20cm x 10cm.
Given that this is a 9-hour trip, it is advisable to bring a packed lunch or arrange for one with the driver.
The guided tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum is limited to a maximum of 30 guests.
