Must Know

ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival. A PAN card will not be considered valid address proof.

All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking and upon arrival.

Fixed day ticket implies that this ticket can only be redeemed on the date that you've booked the ticket, it won't be carried forward to the next or any other day.

Please note that you can select another day to participate in an iFLY indoor skydiving within the same calendar month as the Aquaduck tour.

Please note that the operator will contact you to arrange your iFLY time upon checkout.

Please note that outside food and drinks are not allowed.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled activity to ensure a smooth check-in process. The operator cannot be held responsible if you miss the check-in time. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated.

The Gold Coast 500 event is happening from October 23rd to 29th, leading to road closures and increased traffic in Surfers Paradise and Main Beach. Please allow extra time for travel and parking, and Aquaduck tour durations may be up to 1.5 hours longer due to traffic.

Seating is pre-allocated by the Aquaduck staff.

This Aquaduck activity is not wheelchair-accessible.

Participants under 180cm tall must weigh 105 kg or lighter and participants over 180cm tall must weigh 115 kg or lighter in iFLY.

This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.

Participants who appear intoxicated may refuse service. In this case, no refunds will be given.

Equivalent services are available for guests requiring disability accommodation or accessibility.

This activity is inclusive and accessible for people of almost any ability, including those with low hearing and vision, amputees, people with cognitive disabilities, and more.

Wear light and comfortable clothing (preferably dri-fit material).

All loose items must be removed prior to flying and can be stored in the onsite lockers. This includes all jewellery (e.g. watches, rings, earrings, bangles, bracelets, necklaces etc), keys, phones, wallets, coins, toys and any other loose items.

If cancellation are made 2 days before the date of travel then 0.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 2 days to 2 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
