Know Before You Go
- You should carry your passport and visa at the time of arrival.
- Any personal expenses or items of a personal nature will not be included in the package.
- Any breakage or damage of any items in the hotel will be charged at actuals.
- The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travellers will be accommodated in a property of a similar standard.
- Extra expenses like visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover are not a part of the package.
- Group size of the tour could be minimum 2 pax and maximum 18 pax.
- Rooms will be provided in a double and triple sharing basis. If any person wants a room on a single sharing basis then it can be arranged at an additional cost.
- In case the traveler is not between the mentioned age group (18-39) then the booking amount will be refunded after deducting 25% of the cancellation fee
- Travelers are advised to book flights according to suggested timings. If the flight arrival time deviates from the schedule and the airport pick-up is missed, the traveler must arrange transfers independently.
- All reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date of travel.
