The cancellation policy for this package is simple you need to cancel the trip before 24 hours of the activity. Refund or any form of compensation will not be given if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to show up or arrive late at the pick-up point. The trip will be canceled if typhoon signal #3 or higher or a black rainstorm signal issued two hours before the start of the trip. If we cancel a trip, you are welcome to reschedule or get a full refund.
