Things to carry

The operational timings of Funzo are from 11 AM to 9 PM.

The activities do not have a fixed duration and are determined by the number of laps selected, unless otherwise specified in the package details

Participants must pay attention to the guidelines given by the instructor throughout the activity.

The instructor reserves the right to reject any participant deemed unfit to be part of the activity.

Participants are not allowed to carry any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife, etc.

Participants are requested to report at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to their chosen time slot.

The prices would be different for weekdays and weekends.

Wearing a helmet and safety gear on track is mandatory.

For safety purposes, a few activities are not recommended for women who are more than 3 months pregnant, anyone that has had major surgery, or has a broken leg/arm, has chronic back or neck pains, etc.

Long hair must be secured and tucked in the helmet while driving the karts.

Wear snug clothing. Loose and baggy clothes are not allowed on the karts.

Wear close toed shoes. Flip flops and high heels are not allowed on the karts.

It is compulsory to wear a seat belt at all times while on track.

ID Proof is mandatory for each individual guest upon arrival. PAN Card will not be considered as a valid identity proof.

Any breakage or damage of any items will be charged at actuals.

If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
