unforgettable experience!! Kamath Residency is my favourite destination for almost all events .I had been there thrice, once for my corporate meeting event ,once for my family holiday trip and once for my cousins sister's destination on wedding. Everything that I noticed was Kamath Residency meets all requirements for organising any kind of event . It has been built over a large area, with seperate halls and small peaks included with all service amenities. Kamath Residency is surrounded by green vegetation from all around and the scenic beauty of Kansai waterfall makes it even more beautiful over all. It is a complete Package.

Wow my stay at Kamath Residency in Negothane was an absolute heavanly experience .I tried all fun acts including water rafting, flying fox, Banana boat rides, Kayaking, Mountain biking etc. Well If you are fond of water borne adventure then white water rafting will thrill you the most but If you are interested in land then Kansai waterfall trek will be exciting thing . The best thing about Kamath Residency is, it has something unique for everyone Be it a small kids or young men. would love visit them again!!

Neither it is resort nor an adventure site, but it bears all attractions so it is a combination of of the two. As a resort there are good accommodation and food facilities where as an adventure point , it gives you option to try out lot of activities including white water rafting, Kayaking, Flying fox, Mountain biking etc. For me ,it was a great holiday.

We had organised our corporate services in Kamath Residency, It was conducted very well, the service staffs were there who managed everything from welcoming guests to servicing them . Everything went well at reasonable price .Planning to organize the next company seminars at Kamath Residency.

Woo I loved flying fox and Kayaking experience .It was a complete mix of aerial , water and land adventures . Spend all day with the adventrous fun activities and overnight in the luxury rooms . The food facilities are also nice .It was a wonderful experience for all of us .

Banana boat ride,Jet Ski ,Bumber ride,and Repelling was completely new experience for me at Kamath Residency. I was recommended by my office colleagues So, I went there with my family. Indeed It was the best holiday

Wao! Trekking on kansai waterfall and white water rafting was really everything.Some was the flying fox adventures .It was new and I wish I would have it a bit more. As far as our stay ,It is concerned ,It was a pleasing stay with my family would come to visit the site again.

Good place, just 2 hours from Mumbai , Kamath residency is my favourite holiday spot . Guys If economic is your concern then stop because I found some premium adventure activity services to be expansive, but worth it. Flying fox,Kayaking , Rapelling angd Mountain biking are some of the adventure activities which are conducted at Kamath Residency.

Crazy experience!! Spent Quality time with my family and friends. some adventrous activities like white water rafting, Rapelling, Banana boat fun, Flying fox should not be missed out. Over all, It was a fantastic experience for us .

Kamath Residency is located near Aliband and murud janjira fort ,so you also have chance to visit other two places. It is suitable for family outing ,corporate events , any program, seminars and ceremonies. Best part is its servicing staffs , They really treat very well to their costumer, be it new or old.

Kamath Residency in Negothane ,actually falls in Raigad area. Being the most popular holiday and outing destination, it is always full of tourists. Most of the guest are from corporate world who prefer this place for organising seminers and events. Nice Place!!

I really appreciate the costumer service of Kamath Residency which was unbeatable. Food was delicious too,still miss the taste of Biryani. Kamath Residency is located amid of beautiful forest so looks even more beautiful, next is the adventure activities that draws a great attention from the tourists. As a whole ,It was a great stay.
