Know Before You Go
- 5% GST is applicable to the package cost.
- Meals other than those specified are an exclusion to the package.
- Vehicles will be provided as per the group size.
- Hotels are subject to availability and if they are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar property.
- Monument entry fee and camera charges are not included in the package.
- Children above 5 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age.
- All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
- Govt. Approved ID is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- The prices may vary based on the season time and the number of travellers travelling per day in a specific region as there is limited hotel availability in hilly areas.
- Any breakage or damage of any items at the hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actuals.
- Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
- Thrillophilia reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e. severe weather conditions, political unrests or others).
- Any rescheduling/rearrangement of package due to circumstances beyond Thrillophilia's control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicle.
- In case a traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Thrillophilia will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
- Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers littering may be fined.
- Any deviation from the planned route of vehicle at customer's request during the tour will be chargeable on per Km basis.

- By Air: Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) in Delhi is a feasible option for travelling to Himachal as it serves both domestic and well as International flights.
- By Rail: Another Alternative is New Delhi Railway Station is one through which most trains arrive and depart from Delhi and is located in Paharganj, near Connaught Place.
- By Road: One of the best Option will be through Buses as it is well connected to cities like Jaipur, Agra, Alwar, Dehradun and even Kathmandu among others.
