- You will be responsible for building new categories, products and also responsible for the revenue generation from them.
- You will work very closely with the founders at Thrillophilia to identify and generate such avenues.
- To understand companies processes and use this knowledge to identify potential strategies to build new categories and it's sustainable growth in the long term.
- Designing and implementation of new strategies for marketing and business development.
- Strategy, Innovation, Negotiation and Idea generation.
- Oversee new and existing product line assortment and modular planning for the category.
- To identify potential suppliers, negotiating with them, managing existing accounts, building relationships and enhancing loyalty for the organization.
- To help the company in strategic planning to increase the overall profitability of the organization and also to capture a huge market share in the coming few years.
- Lead a team and provide overall direction for category team
- Oversees the management of strategic supplier relationships
- Minimum Prior experience of 3 years in business development or category sales management role.
- Experience in category management, financial planning, replenishment management, retail operations management, or related field.
- Good negotiation skills with excellent knowledge of Word, PPT and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, resource planning and presentation skills.
- Should be able to lead a team of 4-5 people.
