1. Salford Quays - Salford Quays isn't quite renowned as the crowded city center, but it still manages to fit almost everything you need for a fun family day out. Salford Quays has been able to accommodate a variety of amenities, including dining, retail, and places for sports, the arts, and drama. There is something for everyone there, and everyone can enjoy the area's gorgeous architecture and the history behind it.

2. MediaCityUK - MediaCityUK, a 200-acre mixed-use development designed for media firms and faculties for the University of Salford, is one of the developments that have made Salford Quays unrecognizably different in the span of a generation.When its first phase was finished in the early 2010s, a vibrant new cityscape for the twenty-first century was born and it became a popular tourist place to visit in Salford.

3. The Lowry - An Arts Center, the first significant building to be finished and opened next to the Manchester Ship Canal in 2000, was at the center of the plans to revive Salford Quays. The complex included a large number of galleries where paintings by Lowry were shown from a collection of more than 400 pieces, together with frequently changing temporary exhibitions of modern art.

4. Salford Museum & Art Gallery - There are a plethora of places to go in Salford and this sizable museum, which lies on the south side of Peel Park and is surrounded by the University of Salford, charts the history of Salford and has a sizable collection of Victorian artwork. In the North Gallery, there is a significant collection of Pilkington's ceramics on display. An Explorer Trail for kids features entertaining quizzes and sketching exercises.
