We had a great time with Elif who is very knowledgeable. She messaged me before the tour and gave us clear instruction for location to meet. She is very friendly. It was also great that we get to skip the line.

We had an excellent tour with Elif. She was very knowledgeable, kind, funny and attentive. 

The tickets I ordered came promptly and there was no problem with downloading them to my companion's smartphone or as paper copies. Thrillophilia is a good company to work with and the Dolmabahce Palace was an amazing lace to visit.

A must see if traveling to Istanbul.
