Where to start Nag Tibba Trek?

The Nag Tibba Trek is one of the snow treks in India that starts at Pantwari Village in Uttarakhand. This village is located about 60 kilometres from Mussoorie. From there, you can hike up to Nag Tibba at a height of 9,900 feet. The trek takes about 5 to 6 hours to reach the first campsite, Khaitan.

Are Tungnath and Chandrashila Trek the same?

No, the Tungnath and Chandrashila Treks are not the same, but they are connected. Both of these treks start from Chopta in Uttarakhand. The Tungnath Trek takes you to the famous Shiva temple called Tungnath Temple. On the other hand, the Chandrashila trek continues from there to the Chandrashila Peak.

How long is Chandrashila Trek from Chopta?

The Chandrashila Trek from Chopta is about 10 kilometres long. Starting from Chopta, the distance to Tungnath temple is around 3.5 kilometres. Then, the distance between Tungnath Temple and Chandrashila Peak is about 1.5 kilometres one way.

How long is the Dayara Bugyal trek?

The Dayara Bugyal Trek is about 21 kilometres long and usually takes 4 days to complete (a total of 6 days with travel to and from the base camp). It starts at 7,096 feet in Raithal and goes up to Dayara Top at 11,830 feet.

How difficult is the Goechala trek?
