Buying the tickets on line was very convenient and simple.  Once we got to the venue, we needed to show the electronic ticket to receive our waistbands.  The line was short and the staff was professional and friendly.. We enjoyed our trip.

We really had great time with my kids and my mom. Palace was great with audio tour in our lanague and I especially love the big garden with lovely trees. Also the magic garden for kids was amazing. Great experience. 👍

I was very disappointed when I couldn't get tickets for this tour. I was amazed that there were still tickets left on thrillophillia. We received the tickets within 24 hours. Overall, it was a great experience.

Im glad i found tickets on thrilophilia, as all tickets were soldout on the official website however thrilophilia had many options available with similar prices.
