The temple has deities of Lord Shiva and Goddess Kali which are over 200 years old. The temple organises the very popular Harivallabh Sangeet Sammelan in the month of December which is visited by many Goddess Kali followers.

Gurudwara Talhan Sahib Ji is located in a small village on the outskirts of Jalandhar named Talhan. It is one of the unique places to visit in Jalandhar because of the devotees who come here offer toy aeroplanes to the deity. The deity in this shrine is of Baba Nihal Singh who was a local in Talhan.
Baba helped his fellow villagers in various things and later years after his death, a shrine was built by Harnam Singh, one of his devotees. The story behind offering toy aeroplanes is that the devotees wish they could fly in an aeroplane someday. As per the temple authorities, around 50-60 planes are offered in a week.
