You reach an elevation of 2005 meters on this walk passing through Jharipani’s colonial-era buildings, and dense mixed jungles. Five steep, twisting inclines known locally as "paanch kainchi" mark the beginning of the climb into Jharipani settlement. Then the walk winds alongside a thick mixed forest where you can see birds like Himalayan Bulbul, Brown-Headed Barbet, Red Junglefowl, and Jungle Babbler.

Overall experience was awesome… hospitality was 10/10. Got a chance to know new people.. the only mood spoiler was the weather.. it was very hot and there were no trees for the shelter during the trekking in that excessive heat..
