Valle de Mai is a nature reserve park and a UNESCO world heritage site on the island of Praslin, Seychelles. With some of the well preserved palm forest and flagship species, this place is a true delight for nature lovers.
This place is home to some of the original palm jungles of Seychelles and it has been referred to as Garden of Eden because of its secluded and mystical nature. The park started being protected in the year 1966 with just over 1400 trees by legendary Coco de Mer.
