THE NATIONAL THEATER

With another name as Burg theatre, the National Theater in Vienna was originally constructed in 1740 and is one of the prominent monuments in Ring Boulevard. The current building dates back to the nineteenth century. The theatre's exteriors look splendid with arches and meticulously crafted facades.

Tourists can go on a guided tour around the theater or enjoy a live show. As you stroll through, the portraits that adorn the walls are sure to surprise you.
