Viswas Swaroopam or the Statue of Belief is the world’s largest statue of Lord Shiva, situated in Nathdwara, Rajasthan. It is a 369 ft tall statue that weighs approximately 30,000 tonnes. Spread across 32 acres of land, it took around 10 years to complete the statue. Alongside the statue of Shiva, there is a 25 ft tall and 37 ft wide statue of Nandi Dev. At night, the beauty of the statue is enhanced by numerous vibrant laser lights which is a sight that should not be missed.
Inside the statue, there is an exhibition hall and public galleries which you can reach with the elevator attached to the statue. There are several other attractions available on the ground such as souvenir shops, herbal gardens, handicraft shops, observation platforms, a musical fountain, a pond, a hanging bridge and a food court. Additionally, you can enjoy a fun mini-train ride as it can be difficult to cover the entire area on foot.
The Statue of Belief also offers many adventure activities such as go-karting, glass walking, bungee jumping and zip lining. For an even more thrilling experience, you can try fun rides like Rocket Ejector and Drop Tower. Additionally, there is a snow park named ‘Kailash’ which offers rides like Snow Disco and Snow Toboggan. You can even build a snowman and click fun pictures at the photo booth.
