SKELETONS MUSEUM OF OSTEOLOGY

One of the most unique and offbeat places to go in Orlando, Skeletons Museum of Osteology is home to more than 500 real animal skeletons. The exhibits are spread across 3 zones namely African Safari, Marsupials, and Florida Wildlife. There is also an on-site gift shop, selling many educational souvenirs.

Opened to the public in May 2015, the Skeletons Museum of Osteology is considered to be the largest natural history museum of Central Florida. This museum features a total of 40 exhibits, showcasing more than 500 real animal skeletons. The exhibits are spread across 3 zones namely African Safari, Marsupials, and Florida Wildlife. Visitors interested in osteology can see well-preserved skeletons of animals like rhinoceros, monkeys, bats, gorillas, elephants, hippopotamus, giraffes, and penguins. There is also an on-site gift shop at the Skeletons Museum of Osteology, where visitors can shop for unique souvenirs and carry them home to remember their visit to this unique and educational museum.
