Opened to the public in May 2015, the Skeletons Museum of Osteology is considered to be the largest natural history museum of Central Florida. This museum features a total of 40 exhibits, showcasing more than 500 real animal skeletons. The exhibits are spread across 3 zones namely African Safari, Marsupials, and Florida Wildlife. Visitors interested in osteology can see well-preserved skeletons of animals like rhinoceros, monkeys, bats, gorillas, elephants, hippopotamus, giraffes, and penguins. There is also an on-site gift shop at the Skeletons Museum of Osteology, where visitors can shop for unique souvenirs and carry them home to remember their visit to this unique and educational museum.
