This UNESCO protected area is loved around the world for its uninterrupted landscape that protects rare African wildlife like African bush elephants, East African wild dogs, Cape buffaloes, Masai giraffe, lions, Nile crocodile, etc.
Its landscape includes the Rufiji River, acacia savannah, and thick woods that hardly have any human interface, making it one of the few remaining areas in Africa that are truly wild and raw.
