About Poet Kalidas Memorial

Everybody knows the legendary poet Kalidas and Nagpur certainly admires him. It is believed that he wrote his famous poet - Meghadootam here at this spot, which today is a brick home constructed memorial.

The memorial lies on top of hills and is close to a few other tourist spots like Jain temple. Getting here should not be trouble using any mode of transport as it is pretty accessible and well connected from all parts of the city.
