Plaza de Espana is one of the grandest public squares in Seville and is a monument of utmost importance. Located in the renowned Maria Luisa Park, this place is in a semi-circular shape and is adorned by ceramic architecture all along. One of the most spectacular things to look out for is the ceramic-colored alcoves and benches, which represent the provinces of Spain. 

Plaza de Espana is one of the most celebrated historical places in Seville which was built in 1929 by Anibal Gonzalez, a celebrated architect for the Ibero-American Exhibition. With its ceramic-painted architecture and the surrounding canals and bridges, this semicircular public square gives an attractive appeal. It has a number of alcoves and benches, with unique mosaics and paintings imprinted upon them, each representing the provinces of Spain. 

It is an architectural gem and combines various styles like Moorish, Renaissance, Baroque, and so on. There is a central building area, extending in a semicircular pattern, with two huge towers on either side. Although these buildings are used for governmental use, there are a number of things to explore in these buildings.
