PENA PALACE

Located in São Pedro de Penaferrim, this Romanticist castle stands on the top of a hill in the Sintra Mountains. It was completed in the mid 19th century and can be easily spotted from anywhere in Lisbon. This vibrant palace is located in the town of Sintra and is also classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
