NAGZIRA WILDLIFE SANCTUARY

Distributed in two districts - Bhandara and Gondia district, Nagzira Wildlife Sanctuary is home to a variety of animals - 35 types of mammals specifically. Here, over 166  species of birds have been spotted till date. Though the Tigers manage to take away all the attention in the way of conserving them.

Nagzira Wildlife Sanctuary was merged with a reserve due to the population depletion of tigers in 2012 and today runs like a well-known sanctuary, regularly visited by tourists from everywhere.

Timings: 7 AM to 7 PM

Entry fee: INR 50 onwards.
