MIAMI CHILDRENS MUSEUM

Offering interactive experiences designed for kids of all ages, the Miami Children's Museum introduces a variety of disciplines including science, health, mathematics and art. Opened in 1983, it was originally titled the "Miami Youth Museum" where there is something for everyone - from pint-sized exhibits to fascinating demonstrations of engineering and physics.

Miami Children's Museum is a non-profit educational institution dedicated to enriching the lives of children by providing interactive exhibits and programs that promote learning through play. Visitors can explore interactive exhibits, participate in theatre shows, interact with animals and much more. Whether your child is interested in exploring the human body or creating artworks from recycled materials, the museum provides plenty of activities that can peak their curiosity. 

Visitors will have access to over 56,500 square feet of exhibit space with 14 galleries. Each gallery is dedicated to a particular area such as healthy living or technology among other topics. The museum's exhibits are designed to be hands-on and interactive, encouraging children to learn through exploration and experimentation. In addition to the exhibits, the museum also offers a variety of programs and events, including field trips, camps, and workshops.
