KURINJI ANDAVAR TEMPLE

The Kurinji Andavar Temple, located in Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu, is a revered Hindu shrine dedicated to Lord Murugan, also known as the "God of the Hills." Built in 1936 by a European woman who converted to Hinduism and took the name Lady Ramanathan, the temple is named after the Kurinji flower, which blooms once every 12 years.
