KATTERY PARK

Located around 7 KM away from the city centre, this park is the ultimate place where one can escape the wearisome of the regular city life.

Unlike other places in Coonoor flooding with tourists, this place is comparatively less thronged which ensures peace and isolation from the rest of the world. One can enjoy a picnic in the park while relishing on the views of the surrounding forests, a beautiful water fountain and blue mountains of the Nilgiri Hills. A small canteen serving lip-smacking food and a children’s park completes your family day out which you could club with a fruit show held every other day at the park.
