About Jaffali Mosque Jeddah

Built in the year 1987 by the Egyptian architect Abdelwahed El-Wakil, the Jaffali Mosque is one of the best places to visit in Jeddah, in addition to being one of its most famous mosques. Located near the Al Balad area and the Al Bayaa roundabout, this mosque is characterised by 20 opulent domes, and sprawls across more than 3000 square metres.

Home to a rectangular courtyard, and various corridors, this mosque can accommodate almost 2500 worshippers at a time. In addition to its striking white structure, the mosque also has a 3-tier minaret and offers serene views of the lake.
