1. By Car: Istana is located at a distance of around 12 km from the city centre of Singapore. You can reach the attraction in approximately 20 minutes via Upper Thomson Road. You can easily get a taxi from any corner of the city that will drop you directly at Istana.
2. By Bus: Another convenient option for travelling to Istana is by a local bus. There are several buses that you can take such as 656, 700, 951E, 971E, 972 and 106. These buses will drop you off at the bus stop which is approximately 2 minutes walking distance from Istana.
3. By Train: The nearest MRT station is Dhoby Ghaut station which is around 2 km from Istana. Once you reach the station, take Exit C which is approximately 5 minutes walking distance from Istana.
