Here are three routes to reach the Green Planet Dubai from Dubai International Airport - 

Route 1: Start walking from Dubai International Airport towards Dafza – 01. Wait for C26 at Wasl Park Terminus and get down at Khadri Masjid – 01. From here, you can either ride 15 or 28 or 93 or C14 and reach Rehabilitation Center – 01, which is at a distance of 3 stops from your boarding point. Finally, walk down for around 10 min to reach your final destination.

Route 2: Start walking from Dubai International Airport in the direction of Dafza – 01. Head towards Gold Souq Bus Station and wait for the arrival of 13B and get down at Hor Al Anz, Turnoff – 02. Walk towards Safa, Terminus to ride C14 and get down at Dubai Petroleum Corporation – 01. From here, your final destination is at a walkable distance of around 10 minutes.

Route 3: Start your journey from Dubai International Airport and walk towards Dafza – 01. Next, you need to board 13B from Gold Souq Bus Station to drop you at Naif, Intersection – 02. Head in the direction of Satwa, Bus Station from where you need to ride C1 and get down at Hana Center – 01. Wait until either 15 or 28 or 93 or C14 bus arrives. Once you board either of them, get down at Rehabilitation Centre – 01 and walk for next 10 min to reach your final destination.
