This palace located in Kota, Rajasthan is known for its variety of architectural structures in a single complex. Locally called the city palace, this place has a vast number of apartments and monuments which are sheer man-made marvels.
All these architectures were built in different eras and reflects the rich heritage of Rajput rule and Mughal art. Inside the palace there are wall paintings, mirror walls, mirror ceilings, and floral decorations. Alongside this the entire palace has magnificent marble floorings and entrance to fell in love with.
It is believed that the city palace was founded in the early years of 1264 C.E. The marvelous architectural beauty of the place makes it one of the best places to see in Kota.
