• By Bus: Istanbul's public buses (bus numbers 99 and 99A) efficiently serve the Eyüp district. You can catch a direct bus from the city centre to Eyüp Sultan Mosque. Look for buses heading towards Eyüp or specifically to the mosque. The journey can take around 20 to 30 minutes.
• By Car: If you are driving from the city centre, head towards the Eyüp district via Atatürk Bulvarı. Then, continue on the D100 or O-1/O-2 highways. Follow signs to Eyüp and park in one of the public parking spaces near the mosque. The drive should take about 20 to 30 minutes.
• By Ferry: The Haliç Hattı ferry line is a scenic and relaxing way to reach Eyüp. Ferries run from Üsküdar, Karaköy, or Eminönü directly to the Eyüp Vapur İskelesi (ferry dock). It is 3.6 kilometres from the mosque. 
• By Tram: Istanbul's tram networks are efficient ways to get close to Eyüp. Take the TS tram from Cibali and get off at the Eyüpsultan Telerik stop. From here, the mosque is 3.1 kilometres, or 7 minutes away.
